Who we are

VV Iyengar & Associates is a mutual fund distribution practice operated by Varun Varadarajan Iyengar, an AMFI-Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-111578, valid until 13 May 2028), based in Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

We are also IRDAI-registered for the distribution of insurance: Life — Life Insurance Corporation of India (code LIC0399992A, in force since June 2016), and General (Non-Life) — ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd. (code ILG41062, in force since April 2017).

Distributor, not investment adviser

We are registered as a mutual fund distributor with the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI). We are not a SEBI-Registered Investment Adviser. We may earn commission from asset management companies on investments made through us. Any guidance we provide is incidental to the distribution of mutual fund products; for fee-based investment advice you may consult a SEBI-Registered Investment Adviser.

Insurance

Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation. Policy benefits are governed solely by the terms of the respective policy documents issued by the insurer. Please read the policy terms, conditions, and exclusions carefully before purchase. Insurance grievances may be raised with the respective insurer and thereafter with the IRDAI Bima Bharosa portal or Insurance Ombudsman.
