What we collect

• Call-back form: only your mobile number, used solely to call you back.
• WhatsApp / phone / email: whatever you choose to share with us in conversation.
• As a client: KYC and investment details required to execute and service your investments (name, PAN, contact details, folio and holding information).

This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide distribution and after-sales service.
• To maintain records we are legally required to keep as an AMFI-registered distributor.
• To send you service communication about your own investments (valuations, maturities, follow-ups).

What we never do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• We do not share it with anyone except as needed to execute your investments (AMCs, registrars, the client portal platform) or as required by law.
• We do not send marketing blasts.

Storage and security

Client records are held on systems we control, protected by encryption in transit, access controls, and regular backups. The client portal (login.vi-investments.com) is operated by our portfolio-services platform under its own security and privacy terms.

Your choices
